Abstract

 In this paper Guar Gum (GG) blended poly caprolactic acid (PCL) and silver nanoparticles AgNPs was different feed ratio known as (GG/PCL-AgNPs). The prepared polymer matrix were characterized by XRD and swelling in stimulated in different biological fluid. The model drug Cefadroxil (CFD) was used for controlled drug delivery purpose. It was observed that GG/PCL-AgNPs was decrease less drug release rate compared to GG. So that it can be clearly understood that GG/PCL-AgNPs nanocomposites have enhanced drug release activity in different pH medium.
