By submitting a research paper, review paper, case study or meta-data analysis to NRME Journals under Newredmars Education (NRME), the author hereby declares that the submitted work is original, has not been published elsewhere and does not infringe any existing copyright or third-party rights. The author confirms that all permissions for data, figures, tables or any external material have been duly obtained prior to submission and that plagiarism is below ten percent. Approval from the respective institution or department must be secured before submission; any manuscript restricted by institutional or government guidelines will be considered ineligible.

Upon submission, the author agrees to transfer full copyright to NEWREDMARS EDUCATION, granting the publisher exclusive worldwide rights to publish, distribute, promote and create derivative works in any language or format. The author retains patent rights and may reuse tables or figures in future work with proper acknowledgment of NRME as copyright holder. The work must be factually accurate and free from unlawful or defamatory content, and the author confirms full responsibility for authorship and contribution. Any financial interest or affiliation relevant to the work must be disclosed. If plagiarism is detected after publication, full responsibility lies with the author and not with NRME or the editorial board. The manuscript must not be under review or consideration by any other publisher at the time of submission.

NRME accepts no liability for any damage, loss or misuse arising from the published material. In the event of a dispute, the final decision rests with the NRME Editorial Board and legal jurisdiction shall be Odisha, India.

The published material is not open access by default and may be used for commercial or educational purposes at the discretion of NEWREDMARS EDUCATION, including decisions regarding royalty. The corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have granted consent for copyright transfer and acknowledges that all publication rights rest with NRME upon acceptance. NRME reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Authors may share their accepted version only with proper citation and a link to the original publication. All submissions must be thoroughly proofread and adhere to journal guidelines. The author also confirms ethical and responsible use of AI-generated content and compliance with the publisher’s AI policy.
