Dr Kapileswar Mishra Ph.D in Civil Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur is presently working as PRINCIPAL of CIPET, Bhubaneswar . Teaching Experience of more than 25 years in various Engineering colleges of Orissa, OP Jindal University ,Raigarh, Chhatishgarh and Chaitanya Group Andhra Pradesh. Research in the area of Experimental Hydraulics, Scour D/S of Hydraulic structures etc. Presented and published papers in various National and International conferences and journals. Receipient of National Scholarship, Gold Medal from IE (I), National Doctoral Fellowship from All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi. Union Ministry of Water Resources Irrigation Prize at 31st  Indian Engineering Congress. Prakruti Bandu Award from Environment and Forest Dept. Govt. of Odisha, Aryabhat Gourav Sanman ,Kalinga Gourav Award 2017.
